Peter Leib
Captain Peter Leib is a lifelong sailor, avid racer and accomplished world cruiser. He holds a U.S.C.G.1600 ton master/ unlimited chief mate license and earned a B.S. degree in Nautical Industrial Technology from the California Maritime Academy. His seafaring career was spent primarily aboard large oil tankers, but he has also skippered ocean going tug boats, oil rig supply boats, and even a large private motor yacht, among others. Capt. Pete owns a 46' ketch which he sailed from San Francisco to the South Pacific and back, and also owns a fully restored classic Kettenburg 41 sloop. Having sailed aboard over seventy different classes of sailboats, Capt. Pete has literally sailed his way from Sabots to Supertankers!
